De-Duplicate relations in the relationsship window
In today's version relationships will be duplicated in the relationship window when, for example, coupled copies are used. This results in many representations of what is actually the same relationship. When coupled copies are used frequently the relationship window becomes basically unusable.
It would be nice if we could choose to (in the view) only show 1 representation of the particular relationship

Keep coupled copies coupled after copying
A process has only one owner who is allowed to make changes. Other processes make use of this process as a sub process via coupled copies.
We edit our processes after copying them to a work folder. After editing we copy them back in order to publish them together with other changes in a bigger release.
Now copying a coupled copy delivers an uncoupled copy. This prohibits our use of coupled copies as they are not updated when the owner changes the original.
It would be ideal when the user gets the option to choose whether the copied coupled copy…

Make the Visio 'Undo' (Ctrl Z) function available
In most situations process flows are prepared in Visio by moving stencils and connecting them and not that often in the Mavim Three structure, at least in our organization.
Unfortunately the standard Visio 'Undo' function is disabled in the Mavim-Visio version what is very annoying when moving part of your process flows around. You might brake connections or decide that the previous layout gave a better overview. The Undo button then is a great help to go back a few steps and correct potential errors.
This limitation, I've been told, is because in the background Mavim Manager is creating relationships…2 votes -

Create the possibility to define CFF templates using company specific colors
Make it possible to prepare a CFF template with company preferred colors/font colors in the title and functional (owner) fields.
The only work around at this moment is to manually color these fields and set the font colors for every CFF definition. Even you re-use certain roles in different CFF definitions you have to set these colors in each definition.
A possible solution is to define the color per role (header in CFF) what could help to give third parties another color as your own internal departments, highlighting the role is part of an external organization.

url functionality
I would like to request the possibility to send the (complete) url of pages on the Mavimp portal containing lists/views/items .
Now it's only possible to send the general url companyname.mavimcloud.com.
I would like to send a complete url, directly linking to the specific page on the portal: companyname.mavimcloud.com/additional reference1 vote -
Single Sign On
Logging on to Mavim now requires logging in to the company network, logging in to the Mavim environment and finally logging in to the Mavim Database. Single Sign On would make life easier.

Gamification Features
I'd like to see some options for engagement with users through gamification. Badges, Trophies, or achievements that can be tracked based on processes completed or perhaps even some light quizes for knowledge checking. This would provide for things like leaderboards, department compititions, and learning goals. Alll of these would add up to higher engagement from the user base.

Go one level up to see context of search results
When looking for information the search option brings you to all objects found.
In order to see the context, it would be nice to be able to go one level up in hierarchy. E.g. from a process step to the entire process.1 vote -
Automatic publication
I would like to automate publication to the Portal. For example: a task that automatically publishes every night. It would be great if the version would be visible the next morning.

Automatically replace text with a topic from a relationship category
I regularly import new processes. That is pretty quick and easy.
Then I have to create the hyperlinks in the text and also make the relationships. That takes a lot of time.
It would be great and save a lot of time if I could solve this smartly with "search & replace".
Proposal:
- Mavim can already search and replace. But improve this by adding the option to have a certain term replaced by a hyperlink (= subject from a relation category) when replacing.
- And in that same action it would also be nice if I could (optionally) also…3 votes -
Improve field management
Please create an easier way to manage fields, so I can for example see which fields are in use and which aren't. I would also like to be able to see in which fieldset fields are used, and potentially even on which topic.

Alternative text for URL links
In the appendix an example of how an URL to a file is displayed for an end user in the Mavim Portal.
A very long string of text/characters, which is undesirable and very unuser-friendly when using URL references.
It is very common to be able to define and display an alternative text for an URL reference which is more comprehensible for the end-user .
Would like this functionality in all places where URL references can be used.

Allow editing of field settings in the 'field sets' tab
As a Mavim user, I find myself switching between the 'Fields' and 'Field sets' tabs quite often. It's always a bit of a hassle to find the field in the Fields tab. It would be easier if I could change the field settings directly int he 'Field sets' tab.
