Show Topic Type in Report
We like to add an option in the Lay Out TAB of the Report definition, to choose if you want to display the Topic Type of the selected topics (based on the report selection made).
Also the connected Relations has to have the possibility to show the Topic Type of the related topic.Added value is to generate an overview in where you can check if the correct topic type is being used (consistancy). This is becoming more and more important because of the Topic Type related Fieldsets. Also the depency of the correct Visio Shapes showed.

BPMN 2.0 Task type available for reporting
In the BPMN 2.0 diagrams the Task attribute "Task type" (Service, User, Manual, etc) can be specified. We would like to be able to display this information in the reports.

Reflect topic hierarchy in report
I would like to see a hierarchical structure from the tree structure reflected back in a report.
So the structure and structure of the report would look like this:
Column 1 - highest level of the tree structure
Column 2 - the first layer of subtopics,
Column 3 - the second layer of subtopics
Etc...Through this structure, this set of data can then be easily used within PowerBI in various visuals such as Hierarchy, Spider, Radar etc. and data within PowerBI can easily be used at aggregated level.

Key of Parent topic available for reporting
In the reports only the name of the parent topic ("Van" in Dutch) is available. Especially when combining data from different reports in PowerBI it is very convenient to have the key at our disposal as well.

De-duplicate Data Store symbols in BPMN 2.0 Diagrams
In the BPMN 2.0 diagrams most Data Stores appear at least twice: once as output from one Task and once as input for another Task. The diagrams would benefit from displaying the Data Stores only once and having connecting arrows to both Tasks.

Input/Output indicator for BPMN 2.0 Data Stores available for reporting
Currently in the reports we cannot distinguish between input and output Data Stores for a specific Task in a BPMN 2.0 model. The information can now only be found in the direction of the arrow connecting the Data Store to the task.

Process step sequence number available for reporting
The properties dialog displays a sequence number of the process step. This number is not available for reporting. It would help us to correctly order data in our reports.

Improve Word-publication: remove white lines
We use tables in the description fields of Topics. When publishing to Word, extra white lines emerge after these table. We`d like to have only one white line after each table.

Matrix Column width
Please make the layout of the new Matrix the same as the layout of Reports.
The columns of the new Matrix are much too narrow and have to be widened one by one which makes the total overview disappear. The column width of Reports is equal to the header / longest text within a column.

Advanced view Mavim Manager
While having the advanced view in the mavim manager you could see the visio flowchart and directly look into the description fields of the process or processtep. It would be a great addition to the user interface to have this text pain cut down in size. This will result in the user being able to look at the processflow and at the entire text at the same time without having to continuously slide the bar to the right in the description field to be able to view other parts in the text.

Automatically draw trigger/result or input/output in flow chart
If you related a trigger to a start activity and a result to a stop activity, and you would then like to draw the chart > would be great if the trigger and result are automatically shown

Indent/tab function in reports
In reports and matrices and exports of these I would like to see an indent similar to the tree structure in the Mavim Manager. This enhances readability.
At present Mavim produces a flat list without any visible structure.1 vote
